Please note: Our standard adoption fee is $250. This fee helps cover a portion of the animal's veterinary care, vaccinations, spay/neuter surgery, microchipping, and daily care costs. This contribution allows us to continue rescuing and caring for animals in need.

Submission of an adoption application does not guarantee adoption approval. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed by our team, and we may contact applicants to schedule a time for further discussion. Final selection is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the best interests of the animal. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application at our sole discretion without obligation to provide specific reasons.

By signing below, I confirm that the information provided is true and complete. I understand that an initial home (or virtual) visit is required as part of the adoption process. I also understand that Sunflower Tails Rescue will contact my veterinarian to verify the care of any current or past pets. I acknowledge the $250 adoption fee and understand that this contribution helps cover medical and care costs for the animal. Submitting an application does not guarantee adoption, and Sunflower Tails Rescue may deny any application at its discretion.
